Ley 16 de 1978 · “por la cual la Nación destina una partida con el fin de fomentar el Desarrollo Regional en las diferentes secciones del país y se dictan otras disposiciones”.

Facúltase al Gobierno para que, hasta el 15 de diciembre de 1978 distribuya los aportes mencionados en el artículo 1o. de esta Ley con estricta sujeción a las apropiaciones de Presupuesto de Rentas y Gastos de la vigencia fiscal de 1978.

Esta distribución deberá hacerla a entidades que realicen programas de desarrollo regional y efectúe las operaciones presupuestales necesarias al cumplimiento de la presente Ley.

Parágrafo

Así mismo, el Gobierno Nacional queda facultado para establecer los requisitos que deben reunir las entidades beneficiadas, para el cobro de dichos aportes.
