° El Rector puede conceder licencia a los Catedráticos para separarse de la Faculta hasta por sesenta días; en ese caso, y en cualquiera otro en que faltare un Profesor, nombrará un sustituto, dando cuenta de dicho nombramiento al Ministerio de Instrucción Pública.
