Queda terminantemente prohibido a los Notarios y a sus subalternos recibir cualquier forma de remuneración por la elaboración de minutas. El papel sellado y las estampillas que se requieran para el otorgamiento de instrumentos ante Notario, serán de cuenta de los interesados. La anotación del contrato en ele libro minutario en los términos previstos en los artículos 2565 y siguientes del Código Civil, no causa derechos notariales.
