Decreto 48 de 1999 · por el cual se hace una delegación y se fija el régimen salarial del Director del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras, Fogafín.

º. Delégase en el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público la facultad de fijar el régimen salarial del Director del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras, Fogafín, y de los demás representantes legales de las Instituciones Financieras que sea necesario oficializar. Para efectos de lo anterior, el delegado deberá tener en cuenta los siguientes criterios

Competencia en el mercado laboral financiero;

Sujeción estricta al presupuesto del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras, Fogafín, para tal fin.
