Las Entidades Promotoras de Salud o quien haga sus veces y las Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud o quien haga sus veces, las Empresas Sociales del Estado o quien haga sus veces que atiendan servicios habilitados de obstetricia brindarán capacitación y actualización permanente en lactancia materna y alimentación infantil saludable al personal de salud que labore en las áreas de pediatría, neonatos y afines. El Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, regulará la materia.
