DE LA PARTICIPACION DE LAS SOCIEDADES DE ECONOMIA MIXTA. Cuando en las sociedades a que se refiere el presente decreto participe una de economía mixta se entiende que el aporte de capital público de esta es proporcional a la parte de capital público que tenga dentro de su capital social y a su participación en la sociedad que se constituye.
