Solicitud de registro de cuenta. La solicitud de registro de una cuenta, debidamente diligenciada y suscrita por quien tenga la capacidad de ordenar el gasto, y el tesorero o pagador, deberá enviarse a la Dirección General de Crédito Público y Tesoro Nacional en el formato que ésta diseñe al efecto.
