ARTICULO 3o. El régimen salarial y prestacional previsto en el artículo anterior, es obligatorio para quienes se vinculen al servicio con posterioridad a la vigencia del presente decreto. Dicho régimen salarial y prestacional no se tendrá en cuenta para la determinación de la remuneración de otros funcionarios de cualquiera de las Ramas del poder público, organismos o instituciones del sector público.
