Fíjase en la suma de un millón seiscientos seis mil doscientos sesenta y ocho pesos ($ 1.606,268) la cantidad líquida que afecta el Presupuesto nacional de Gastos del bienio económico de 1887 á 1888, según las leyes dictadas por el Congreso de 1888, desarrollada por Ministerios, Departamentos, Capítulos, Artículos y Parágrafos, en conformidad con el siguiente pormenor:
