LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 3.1.14.1.16Comité de inversiones.

Será aplicable a los fondos de capital privado el artículo 3.1.9.1.7 del presente decreto.

No obstante, de conformidad con lo previsto en el inciso 2° del artículo 3.1.14.1.14 de este decreto, si se ha contratado un gestor profesional, corresponderá a este la elección de los miembros del comité de inversiones. En tal caso, dichos miembros no tendrán la calidad de administradores de la sociedad administradora.
