Decreto 302 de 1992 · por el cual se promulga el "Convenio Internacional sobre Responsabilidad Civil por Daños Causados por la Contaminación de las Aguas del Mar por Hidrocarburos, suscrito en Bruselas el 29 de noviembre de 1969 y del Protocolo correspondiente al Convenio Internacional sobre Responsabilidad Civil por Daños Causados por la Contaminación de las Aguas del Mar por Hidrocarburos", hecho en Londres el 19 de noviembre de 1976.
