Art 2°. Lo que se deba a las expresadas agraciadas por la citada ley, por pensiones atrasadas, se liquidará y se les pagara especial y preferentemente, considerándose, la cantidad a que ascienda su importe incluida en el Presupuesto de Gastos, como partida especial y separada de la comprenda en general el pago de pensiones.
