º Solo constituirán áreas de reserva nacionales las zonas de concesiones de petróleo en explotación que reviertan al Estado a virtud de contratos preexistentes, sin perjuicio de lo establecido en la Ley 165 de 1948. Quedan suspendidas las disposiciones contenidas en los artículos 52 de la Ley 37 de 1931 y 4º de la Ley 72 de 1925.
