Artículo decimosegundo. Cuando se incurriere en inexactitudes en el trámite de registro de los buses o en el cobro del valor del subsidio, se perderá el derecho a éste, tanto con respecto al tiempo transcurrido como en el futuro, además de las responsabilidades penales que se originen para el propietario, el Revisor Fiscal, el conductor, o el Gerente de la Empresa, según el caso.
