º . Secretaría Técnica . La Secretaría Técnica, será ejercida por el delegado de la Ministra de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial quien se encargará de

Organizar las reuniones y suministrar la información necesaria para estudio de la misma.

Elaborar las actas de cada reunión y firmarlas junto con el presidente.

Preparar y coordinar la elaboración de documentos técnicos que se presentarán para estudio o aprobación de la Comisión.

Las demás que le sean asignadas.
