ARTICULO 117 . La multa no podrá ser inferior al valor de cinco (5) días del sueldo que perciba el infractor al momento de cometer la falta, ni exceder de treinta (30). La multa se hará efectiva descontándola de la nómina en cuotas iguales, no superiores a la quinta parte del sueldo mensual, y por jurisdicción coactiva cuando el sancionado se halle fuera del servicio. El sancionado podrá pagarla de contado.
