º . Si el deudor no denuncia bienes, o los denunciados no fueren suficientes, el funcionario con jurisdicción coactiva deberá solicitar toda clase de datos sobre los bienes que pertenezcan al ejecutado y a su cónyuje, si fuere el caso de declaración conjunta o de solidaridad. Las entidades oficiales, semioficiales o privadas a quienes se les solicite, tendrán la obligación de suministrarlos, sin perjuicio de la reserva que la ley haya establecido.
