Articulo 89 . El contribuyente puede solicitar la práctica de inspecciones oculares. Si se solicita con intervención de testigos actuarios, serán nombrados uno por. el contribuyente y otro por la oficina de impuestos. Antes de fallarse deberá constar el pago de la indemnización del tiempo empleado por los testigos en la cuantía señalada por la oficina de impuestos.
