º . Director . La Unidad contará con un Director, que tendrá la calidad de empleado público, de libre nombramiento y remoción del Presidente de la República, cuya remuneración será determinada por el Gobierno Nacional conforme a las normas que regulan la materia. El Director de la Unidad deberá reunir las condiciones exigidas en el artículo 15 de la Ley 143 de 1994.
