Transcurrido el término de noventa (90) días contados a partir de la fecha de la adjudicación, si el comprador no hubiere retirado su mercancía o celebrado el contrato a que se refiere el artículo siguiente, la mercancía se declarará abandonada a favor de la Zona y el interesado perderá todo derecho a reclamo.
