Art. 278. Cuando por impedimento ó por otros motivos faltaren designados principales para completar la lista que debe presentarse á las partes, ó constituir el Jurado mismo después de las recusaciones, se procederá por el Juez de la causa á verificar el sorteo de entre los designados suplentes.
