Artículo sexto. Las entidades recaudadoras a que se refiere el artículo tercero de este Decreto, deben remesar mensualmente a la Federación Nacional de Arroceros, las sumas que recauden por concepto de la cuota de fomento arrocero, dentro de los cinco (5) primeros días del mes inmediatamente siguiente al del recaudo, enviando con la remesa una relación con los datos expresados en el artículo séptimo, debidamente totalizada y firmada por el representante de la entidad recaudadora.
