Las construcciones cuyos valores por metro cuadrado estén comprendidos entre 0 y $ 3.000. CATEGORIA

2.

Las construcciones cuyo valor este comprendido entre $ 3.001 y $ 10.000 por metro cuadrado. CATEGORIA

3.

Las construcciones cuyo valor sea mayor a $ 10.000 por metro cuadrado.
