Aclárase el artículo segundo del Decreto número 83 de enero 10 de 1995, en el sentido de que los gastos por concepto de la bonificación a que tienen derecho los oficiales de la Policía Nacional, que se desempeñen como edecanes del Presidente y Vicepresidente de la República, serán cancelados con cargo al presupuesto de la Policía Nacional.
