° Salvo expresa disposición de la ley anual del Presupuesto, los auxilios de la Nación que reciban los colegios privados con matrículas y pensiones mayores de $ 150.00 se imputarán, por parte del Gobierno, a buena cuenta del pago del profesorado para la segunda jornada. Los colegios que no establezcan la segunda jornada, emplearán el auxilio en becas comprobadas.
