Certificado Censal

Decreto 1899 de 2017 · por el cual se establecen las directrices para el desarrollo del Censo Nacional de Población y de Vivienda, y se dictan otras disposiciones.

°. CERTIFICADO CENSAL. En todos los casos, quién dé respuesta al cuestionario censal recibirá un certificado de cumplimiento de las obligaciones relativas al censo.

Parágrafo

A los empleados que presenten a sus empleadores, el certificado censal expedido por el DANE, para justificar su ausencia laboral en razón de haber atendido el censo objeto del presente decreto, no se les podrá descontar de su salario el tiempo utilizado en ello, ni tendrán que reponerlo, en general no podrán ser objeto de sanciones en razón de dicha ausencia.
