1º Autorizar a los administradores del Terminal Marítimo de Barranquilla para conceder noventa (90) días de bodegaje libre al cargamento de 500 toneladas de cemento consignado en las bodegas del Terminal por la Compañía Distribuidora de Cementos Colombianos, Ltda., exención que se concede por haber estado dicho cargamento destinado a la exportación, y por ser este tiempo el estipulado por los reglamentos del Terminal Marítimo de Barranquilla.
