° Créase una Junta ad honorem encargada de organizar en esta capital la celebración del primer centenario de la batalla de Boyacá, para lo cual se pondrá de acuerdo con la Junta Patriótica de Tunja y con las demás entidades y corporaciones que quieran contribuir a ese fin.
