CARACTER RESERVADO. Las causales de disminución de la capacidad sicofísica que resulten de los exámenes físicos en las distintas circunstancias del servicio, tienen carácter de reservado. A juicio de la Sanidad respectiva, podrán darse a conocer del examinado cuando tal conocimiento se considere útil para proteger, corregir o rehabilitar su salud. TITULO TERCERO.
