Pago en dinero . Cuando un empleado público del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional sea retirado del servicio sin haber hecho uso de vacaciones causadas, tendrá derecho al pago en dinero de las acumuladas y de las no prescritas, liquidadas con base en los últimos haberes devengados, y a las correspondientes primas vacacionales, liquidadas conforme a lo dispuesto en el Artículo 36 de este Estatuto.
