º. Aplicación de las nuevas escalas. Las escalas de remuneración de que trata el presente decreto, se harán efectivas a partir de la incorporación de los empleados a la nueva planta de personal de la Contraloría General de la República, establecida con ocasión del ejercicio de las facultades extraordinarias de que trata el artículo 1 de la Ley 573 del 7 Febrero de 2000.
