La razón social de las personas jurídicas no constituye un bien cuya mutación esté sujeta a inscripción en el Registro Mercantil. En tal sentido, no será procedente la inscripción de la orden de su embargo en dicho registro, lo cual deberá informarse al Juez por parte de la cámara de comercio que recibe la solicitud.
