La antigüedad de los Suboficiales de las Fuerzas de Policía se contará, en cada grado, a partir de la fecha en la cual se le confirió el último ascenso. Cuando en la misma disposición fueren ascendidos varios Suboficiales, al mismo grado, la antigüedad se establecerá por la fecha de ascenso al grado anterior, y así sucesivamente, hasta llegar al orden de colocación de la disposición del ascenso a Cabo.
