El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica el Título 3 de la Parte 3 del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1068 de 2015 y deroga los artículos 2.3.2.8, 2.3.2.9, 2.3.2.26, el Capítulo 1 del Título 1 de la Parte 3 del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1068 de 2015.
