° Los Ingenieros Adjuntos del Consejo Nacional de Vías de Comunicación tendrán derecho a la suma de cinco pesos ($ 5) diarios como viáticos cuando salgan de Bogotá en ejercicio de sus funciones. Tales viáticos se pagarán con fondos de la obra que vayan a visitar. Comuníquese y publíquese.
