° El artículo 81 del Decreto 1787 de 1990, quedará así: "Artículo 81 . Para efectos del presente Decreto entiéndese por reposición la sustitución de un vehículo automotor de servicio público colectivo municipal de pasajeros y/o mixto por otro de características similares, o la transformación de aquél siempre y cuando cumpla con las especificaciones y requisitos establecidos por el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito".
