°. Asignación básica mensual. A partir del 1º de enero de 2022, la asignación básica mensual de los servidores públicos de la Rama Judicial y de la Justicia Penal Militar será la señalada para su grado, de acuerdo con la siguiente escala: GRADO ASIGNACIÓN MENSUAL GRADO ASIGNACIÓN MENSUAL 1 - 12 2.043.077 2 1.000.000 13 2.088.857 3 1.091.539 14 2.183.142 4 1.181.491 15 2.505.582 5 1.340.397 16 2.748.125 6 1.461.703 17 3.197.069 7 1.546.183 18 3.315.568 8 1.688.068 19 3.544.413 9 1.759.491 20 3.615.488 10 1.861.140 21 4.124.452 11 1.979.288 22 4.503.457

Parágrafo

Ningún empleado a quien se aplique el presente decreto tendrá una asignación básica mensual inferior a la correspondiente al grado 02.
