El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica en lo pertinente los artículos 3°, 4°, 6°, 8°, 13, 15, 16, 26, 28, 35, 39, 43, 44 y 45 del Decreto 2266 de 2004, deroga el artículo 13 del Decreto 337 de 1998 y las disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
