El Gobierno nacional en cabeza del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social en el término de seis (6) meses contado a partir de la expedición de la presente ley, reglamentará un programa de incentivos en favor de las personas naturales o jurídicas que contribuyan en las actividades relacionadas con la obtención, extracción, procesamiento, preservación, almacenamiento, donación y trasplante de células progenitoras hematopoyéticas y cordón umbilical.
