Participación del oferente de iniciativa privada en el proceso de selección. El oferente de iniciativa privada que dio origen a la licitación podrá presentarse a la misma, acompañando toda la documentación solicitada en el pliego de condiciones. En el evento de que el oferente de iniciativa privada esté conformado por un número plural de miembros y se presente como proponente en la licitación, deberá estar conformado por los mismos integrantes del oferente inicial y podrá variarlos previa autorización de la entidad estatal concedente.
