Autorízase al Alcalde y Personero del Municipio de Girardot para contratar empréstitos hasta por la cantidad de dos millones quinientos mil pesos ($ 2.500.000) suma ésta que se destinará a la construcción del acueducto, plaza de mercado, plaza de ferias, alcantarillado, pavimentación, así como a todas aquellas obras necesarias y urgentes que contribuyan al progreso del citado Municipio, pudiendo pignorar las rentas producidas por el acueducto, plaza de ferias y plaza de mercado, a fin de atender los empréstitos mencionados.
