º . Prohibición para iniciar nuevas actividades . A partir del 26 de enero de 2002 el Fondo para la Reconstrucción y Desarrollo Social del Eje Cafetero en Liquidación no podrá iniciar nuevas actividades en desarrollo de su objeto y conservará su capacidad jurídica, únicamente para expedir actos y celebrar los contratos necesarios para su liquidación.
