Artículo tercero. Los títulos de idoneidad para ejercer la medicina, odontología, farmacia y demás amas médicas, expedidos por Facultades colombianas reconocidas por el Estado, serán refrendados en el Ministerio de Salud Pública, previo el lleno de las formalidades legales, debiéndose dictar en cada caso particular la resolución ministerial correspondiente.
