Art. 3° Los actos y documentos de que trata el artículo anterior podrán registrarse en cualquier tiempo ; pero si se ha dejado transcurrir el término señalado ara cada uno, respectivamente, se pagará además un recargo del cincuenta por ciento computado sobre el derecho primitivo.

Exceptúanse de la disposición anterior los títulos constitutivos de hipoteca, los cuales, en lo referente a ésta, no podrán ser registrados transcurridos los términos señalados en el artículo anterior.
