Posposición de la audiencia . Si el citado probare siquiera sumariamente, dentro de los tres días siguientes a aquél en que debía comparecer, que no pudo concurrir a la diligencia por motivos que el juez encontrare justificados, se fijará nueva fecha y hora para que aquélla tenga lugar, sin que sea necesaria nueva notificación personal. De este derecho no se podrá hacer uso sino por una sola vez. La resolución que acepte el aplazamiento no tendrá recurso alguno.
