La contribución parafiscal “Cuota para el Desarrollo Cinematográfico” deberá ser consignada dentro del término previsto en el artículo 1° del presente decreto, directamente por los agentes retenedores en la cuenta de la entidad financiera vigilada por la Superintendencia Bancaria, a nombre del Fondo para el Desarrollo Cinematográfico, cuya apertura estará a cargo del Administrador de dicho Fondo.
