Lanzamientos Conjuntos. Cuando el lanzamiento se efectúe conjuntamente con otro o más Estados de lanzamiento se requerirá que los mismos hagan parte del “Convenio sobre el Registro de Objetos Lanzados al Espacio Ultraterrestre”, suscrito en 1974.

Parágrafo

En caso de que, junto con Colombia, el lanzamiento haya sido realizado por más Estados, se obrará de acuerdo al artículo 11, numeral 2, del ‘Convenio sobre el Registro de Objetos Lanzados al Espacio Ultraterrestre’ del 12 de noviembre de 1974.
