El Consejo Profesional de Química propondrá al Gobierno Nacional un proyecto para reglamentar el funcionamiento de los laboratorios químicos, y será cuerpo consultivo de los organismos oficiales y entidades competentes encargados de garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos que dicha reglamentación exija.
