Cuando haya transferencia o mutación de los derechos del autor por virtud de enajenación total o parcial, de sentencia dictada por juez competente o por cualquiera otra causa, la Oficina de Registro, previa solicitud y presentación de los documentos pertinentes, extenderá el acta en el libro correspondiente.
