Igualmente comete delito de deserción, e incurre en prisión de uno (1) a cuatro (4) años, el personal de soldados o marinería que: 1°. Traspase los límites señalados al campamento por el jefe de las tropas en campaña. 2°. Falte, sin autorización, a cualquier acción o función de armas en campaña.
